We believe in hard work and we believe in details. We make heirloom quality furniture and home decor – one piece at a time.

As a designer, I work with clients to build pieces that best suit the style of their home or office. The process usually involves a conversation about style, a review of material choices and a series of quick sketches.

As a craftsman, all work is made to order. A $200 fee is required for measured shop drawings, if shop drawings are necessary. The fee will be credited to your order. With sketches or shop drawings completed, work begins with receipt of a 50% deposit. You welcome to inquire about or request photos of your piece during the build process. Keep in mind that requesting significant changes after the build process has begun may require additional fees. The balance is due upon completion.

Scheduling

Commission work. Build times vary with the complexity of each piece. Averaging 8 – 12 weeks for large case pieces, 4 – 6 weeks for a small table. Custom options can add as much as 2 – 4 weeks. My backlog averages 2 – 4 months.

Restoration work. How long it takes to repair or fully restore a piece depends on the piece itself, but 1 – 4 months is typical.

Shipping

Shipping is free within the seacoast area of Southern Maine and New Hampshire. Beyond the seacoast, arrangements can be made to have your piece delivered by me or by a carrier. Please inquire about shipping and crating fees.
